Enterprise Tiger has been built through concerted efforts of hardcore chiseled bankers, banking operations experts, banking tech legends and FinTech / ConsumerTech ninjas. Having been in shoes of our prospective clients, we know the struggle that all of us enterprise software buyers face with respect to trade-offs in configurability, customizability and out-of-the-box features of a software. The problem is further aggravated with the modern digital tech paradigm which makes even an year old software look like an ancient relic.
We did not want our customers to make wrong moves when digitizing their high impact sales and collections processes. So first thing we created was a technology stack which at the core met dynamic needs of banks, FIs & telecom companies. The idea was that we should be able to build digital products which are configurable, customizable and have a lot of relevant new digital features out-of-the-box.
Once our technology stack and base products were ready our mantra was simple: get inspired by ConsumerTech and FinTech innovations and incorporate them in the products continuously. This way we are able to provide risk-free first-mover advantage to our clients. It is a sweet spot that balances both investor expectations (of becoming profitable fast) & market need (of going cutting edge).
A big chunk of sales & collections processes in traditional channels in banks and FIs are still manual. This means that you might have a great analytics engine, but digital data sources that provide reliable data to the engine don’t exist. Moreover, you don’t have efficient digital operations for implementing strategies and tactics. Therefore, first off, we focused on solutions to fully digitize traditional channels.
The second problem that banks & FIs are facing globally is, most of the digital channel implementations in sales & collections lack the supporting background process automation. It results in broken digital experience for customers and nightmare for operations. So, we created digital channels and automation to plug this gap too.

Many of our employees are volunteer trainers for youth empowerment and leadership workshops. In these workshops we help college students and young professionals enhance their talents and skills. We also help them with destressing and tackling emotional issues that arise during adolescence. We impact 1000+ urban and rural youth every year through these workshops.
Creating stress-free work environment
We are collaborating with the Art of Living Foundation to help create stress free work environments. Some of our employees volunteer in this direction by teaching meditation and yoga techniques to professionals across various industries.
Promoting ethics in business
Our CEO, Rekha Pillay is a speaker at Ethics in Business conferences & forums organized by IAHV, International Association for Human Values. The initiative is globally supported by UN. This topic has recently gained a lot of attention from business leaders globally especially with rise of technologies like artificial intelligence & machine learning. Rekha has also been a strong voice at International Women’s Conference on topics related to women leaders in business.
